I just got it to work. I changed a file name and for some reason I was able to upload the site. I guess it did not like "-" anymore as it did work in the last version. Cheers!

Yesterday it worked fine but today I keep getting the error message, 'Invalid username or password reported by server'.

I know the username and password are correct. Even when I tick the 'passive' button its still giving this stupid error message.

Anyone else having this problem?

VSD Version 6 Build 6 (Vista)

I've never been able to upload. Other CC apps upload fine (if a little unpredictable at times) but VSD doesn't want to know. I run my own unix server and am pretty "permissions savvy" but cannot figure out why it won't work when the same credentials work fine in other apps, including Direct FTP.

The log shows it logs in ok but then is unable to create a directory (files). I raised a support ticket but they basically say they are unable to help, only to say I need to use an external FTP client.

The facts are simple. Same credentials in other applications work fine but do not in VSD. Yeah I can use an external FTP client but I hate to have really useful functionality that I can't use! Any ideas/comments gratefully received.
