VSD 7 save operation takes much...

Scott, I neglected to tell you that VSD is only using all of the resources of one of the cores in my CPU during the Save operation. Otherwise, it isn't using any CPU resources.

Eric, I'm a multi-tasking madman, too. Usually I have numerous apps running at the same time. When I'm in a heavy research mode, I'll have IE running with at least 10 tabs open, Firefox with 3 windows and 5 to 15 tabs open in each window, and Chrome running with about 10 tabs open, besides Word, Publisher, and a few other apps. But when I'm testing VSD's save operation, VSD is usually all that's running.

Hiya Tom,

I'll assume that you found all the settings for saving the things you want to save in CCleaner if I read your post correctly. It has a pretty nice setup for what you want to save and keep for quite a few things which include cookies and history etc. Just gotta browse around it a bit to see where it's all at. Good luck on the save issue, I don't use VSD so I'm not of any assistance on it unfortunately, but sounds like there's other things going on there that are most likely affecting VSD rather than VSD being the problem. I think you're the first person I've seen that has reported that problem happening (might have seen one a long time ago but that could have been another program too lol).

No worries, the cup is only holding Coffee by the gallons, wouldn't want to have a bad hair day after all! :P
