My site has some .wmv files that are around 40M each. Because VSB kept crashing when I tried to upload them, I ended up uploading them to my server manually with my filezilla.

Now everytime I sync my site with any small change VSB uploads the entire site again - including my giant .wmv files. This always locks up the program and I have to re-boot.

I've heard mention of a send button - presumably to send one page at a time, but I can't locate it on my version.

Any ideas on how to update my site with CHANGES ONLY???

The Rsync option should only upload the changes to your Website. The first time it will upload everything but from then it should only send changes. If the database on your server gets corrupted or deleted, this could be causing the problem with the uploading everything each time.
