Is there a way to "Add Page" and have that page located in a folder that is not in the root level?

I want my "index.html" (i.e. Main) to be in the root folder but then I want the other html files (pages) to be in other folders not in the root.

I think CoffeeCup might be having a hard time addressing this issue as I've asked it recently, and now have found this topic that was never addressed.

Can there not be some kind of help or tutorial on this subject or is VSD just a play and learn tool?

As I'm creating 11 pages on a website, I want to ensure that when I add a page, that page gets added and what correct steps are taken.
