FLASH FIRESTARTER FREEZES WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD, MUST RE-BOOT YOUR COMPUTER - SORRY.

"UPDATES" CORRUPTED OTHER SOFTWARE.

DEMO IS NOT THE SAME AS THE WORKING VERSION.

There is a feature that lets you upload only the changes you made

The forms software is for those who do not know how to code their own forms. It is functional, and does what it says it can do. If you have the need for features like "multiple upload buttons", this is not the software for you. Just because it doesn't do what you want, does not make it "rediculous" for others who use it.

This is a public forum. We get it that you are not happy without the use of colorful language. Have you tried contacting CoffeeCup help, and what did they have to say that might solve your issue? Does this happen with other software?

What software are you refering to this time? I don't know any software that guarantees support for third party softwares.

Again...did you contact support with a detailed explanation of the issues? What version are you using?

What "updates"? What software did it corrupt? It's fine to make a statement, but if your goal is to help solve any of this, for yourself or others, it would help to know what you are complaining about.

Most demos I have ever tried limit something, somewhere, otherwise, why have it as a demo? What were the differences that have you so upset? Maybe if CoffeeCup had more info to go on, they might be able to address the issues.

Bottom line is...you are making complaints, but what about being a little more constructive, telling us what steps you take that created the problems and maybe, just MAYBE one of us volunteers might be able to get things working better for you.

Start with one thing at a time, so it's easier for us to offer help. Put your posts in the proper catagory (the one for the software you have questions about).

After all, I use and recommend this software all the time. My father just purchased VSD and created 2 wonderful websites that he is proud of, so it is possible to get it working properly.

You may wish to ask CoffeeCup about the possibility of a refund, as I doubt any troubleshooting will help that degree of frustration. Being the 1st post, it just doesn't make sense to blow up before contacting any support, but oh well.
