I have finished my website and followed the tutorial "VSD video tutorial" under the heading of "uploading your website".
I am pretty sure ive done most of it right as it uploaded with no problems.

Then in the video they opened the internet and typed

upload.coffeecup.com/users/cesar

i uderstand this part "upload.coffeecup.com/" but what do i put when it comes to "users/cesar" <--what would i put in here ?

You just replace "upload.coffeecup.com/users/cesar" with whatever your host told you to use when you want to upload to your server.
