Uploading An Image (Logo)

I have uploaded a Logo onto the header of my website and it will not display as a sharp, clean image. I have saved it every which way imaginable, in every size imaginable. It just shows as a fuzzy, choppy pixelated image. The logo is cut from a Hi Resolution .eps file. I even had a professional create one for me and no matter what I upload, it turns out pixelated.

What am I doing wrong???

Look at the logo (top left of page) here: www.tamikarolinsurance.com

Thanks

To be honest, on my work system it looks pretty good to me.

You don't see the rigid lines in the Logo?

Could it be the shrinking of the image that has caused the problem?
Did you use a good image editor to shring the image? sometimes when you shrink an image it will cause those rough edges to your image. Try a few online editors with the original and see if this solves the problem.

Can't show you a screen shot on this computer, only image editor I'm allowed at work is Gimp and it keeps crashing for some reason. If you mean the smallish square logo at the top left corner of your page then, no, I don't see any such artifacts. It doesn't even appear to be having antialiasing problems from what I can see. Maybe it's just the resolution of my monitor, it's set very high. I'm sure you're concerned about it showing up properly on every system, and rightly so.

One thing I did notice: on your second banner, "What you should know" did you intend that to be a "mitigation" report? If so, it's mis-spelled on the page.

That is really strange because I have looked at it on 3 different machines/monitors and it still looks choppy and slightly pixelated.

not sure where to go from here...:/
