I made a website last year (www.fahrnermusic.com) which works fine. Today I uploaded a new website www.guitar4u.org and on three pages I have a problem with the menu bar:

The first time I uploaded it only the "rock" one was weird, and the others fine...???

A little more elaboration would be helpful. Exactly what is it that you see is wrong on the menu? I've looked at all the pages and all the menus look the same to me and don't look weird at all in Firefox 17.

You were not dreaming, Eric! I also saw the doubled-up menu images earlier today on a couple of your pages.

I don't use VSD myself, so I was not really in a position to give advice...
But from postings in the forums, I've learnt that the universal fix for these weird things - when all else fails - seems to be: "Re-sync the site", so that's what I was eventually going to suggest...

I held off, though, waiting for Eric (Rohloff) or Paintbrush to suggest something. When it comes to VSD, their word carries so much more credibility and gravitas!

I checked the pages and saw nothing bizarre. The only thing I saw was the page shifting off center on the Rock2.html. That's why the need for clarification.

Menu is fine for me too, but while having a look I noticed your Rock page isn't centered as the others are so it shifts to the left of the browser window (as Eric mentioned above). Check your Page Settings to see if you have the center page option ticked.

When things look messed up after uploading, the first thing to try is refreshing your browser (clear the cache). That usually clears things up.

Thank ALL of you for taking the time to look up the site and reply; I really appreciate it. I fixed the background on Rock. And the menu bar just took care of itself... I have no idea what caused it and why it's gone now. But I am happy it's fixed
