Good morning guys, Here is a question to test your knowledge. Is there a way to create the effect of theater curtains opening up then revealing the video player ? I have the designer pack software and I'm not sure how to approach it. I've built the website so far with VSD . I've looked through the forum history and not having much luck .

Hi Bruce , no I don't , isn't that a Adobe flash player ? If that will do the trick I will be happy to download it

It's a flash editing program.I have a flash curtain but you would need to edit it.

Well first you have other options at your disposal, and that is to use some java code in your html. some examples I have here.

all you would have to do is just change the colors to your specs and add your video player into the html file or VSD and your all set. the color changing is only for the effect and not the page.

Bruce, thanks for the information . I've seen that very flash example before and I really liked it . How about if I Email you and I'd appreciate getting the download. I pretty much like it the way it is but how would I add it to my page with VSD . Do I just open a flash box and insert it and size it ? I'm still trying to learn alot of this since I'm new to website
design . Thanks for you help .

I am new to this site. I am in the process of building a personal/family web site. One of the opening features of the web page will be a curtain opening up and then the person will be able to select there desired direction from that point on.

Is it possible for me to get a copy of the curtain program that you develped and also what software would you recommend to actually develop the web site. I have an old copy of GoLive. Is that a good way to go or are there easier programs out there for me to use.
