Dang, I have been waiting for vsd6 for months so i could finally transfer my site to a different computer without rebuilding it. Well I transfered it and due to my "newbness" i still had to handload every picture anyway. Now i have assigned all my pictures for the entire site even put them in a special folder that only contains my web images and when I try to reopen my hard work it says "Error Webpage could not be opened". I have done this twice under two different names and get the same error for both. I do not want to hand build this website from scratch. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

Windows Vista
vsd 6
was using vsp 5.9.4

It sounds like your original source images were not saved to the vnu folder and are being linked to a remote location. Make sure all images are saved to the vnu folder. You should then only have to copy that folder to any computer an open the file.

The Images where in a remote location. However even with that the page opened. all image boxes where changed to a default color. It is after i changed all the images back that the page will no longer open. Now i have saved all the images to the vnu folder (and renamed them) and that something in this process is not allowing the page to open. (VNU file will not load)

Scott - I have received the same error message. I just began to work w/VSD 6.0 and have spent several hours building a site. The files and documents I have used and created have never moved from the location where they were originally placed. I see an image of the homepage in the preview window but, inexplicably in the hour since I last used the program, the error message appeared. Help, please!?

I am really not too sure how that is possible. What I would suggest is calling our office at 678-495-3480 and setup a phone support call. We can then use LogMein Rescue and connect to your box and try and figure this out.

Hello,

I just ran into the same problem. I saved and re-opened my website in VSD 6.0 several times, then all of a sudden I got the same error message and I cannot open my website anymore.

This must be a bug in VSD 6.0 as it appeared for no particular reason.

Does anybody have a suggestion on how to resolve this problem?

Good Sugjestion, but changing any page size from the "Default" (created in a previous version 9.5.4) results in webpage will not open.
