Who is going to the spend the 45 minutes explaining to my clients how to get this set up on their end? All of my clients are older in age business people that are not tech savvy. I love my clients, I have no ill will at ALL, but yesterday I got call from a client whose "email stopped working" because all her messages were bouncing back. I walked her through some troubleshooting steps and it turns out she was just in a hurry and was mis-spelling all the email addresses, lol! She had mistyped 13 email addresses in one day! I do business in a small mountain town where people really value your actual presence in their home/office. It speaks volumes when I am willing to actually show up at their door when they have a big problem, and it reduces complaining when I raise my prices ;-)

At least she knows what email is!
I have one client who has never used email at all, and she doesn't know how to find her site online, either - face to face meetings are required :)

I guess it boils down to your clients. My clients would learn how to click and icon to run an app that I set up for them if it was going to save them 4 hours just in travel time. :)

Tom, I have a few friends (and 2 clients) who don't even know what it means to "Google" something.
Sounds like Chad and I need to start poaching your clients!:lol::lol:

Especially when you charge for travel time (and yes, I have before). Definitely would charge someone if I drove an excessive amount, just to find out it was OE.

After the first bill that includes 4 hours travel time, they learn fast. The back woods goes right out of them and they mysteriously become technologically advanced. :)

or, you never hear from them again. :D

Hi Sarah, there's a simple trick to make advanced text accessible for search engines again. Just add your original text in the 'alternate text' box at the bottom of the Properties window.
But the best way to get rid of these problems (you can't control the monitor settings of your customers, and they might have valid reasons to set it to 125%), is to avoid the text box at all, and use some HTML to add text.

Have fun, John
