Target all content at once

Im trying to move the whole content of the webpage in VSD and its boring klicking one item at a time. is there a way to target all items at once at the same time?

Click on the page and hit ctrl + a
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

For future reference, here's a basic list of commands that work in most programs:

ctrl + a = select all
ctrl + c = copy selection
ctrl + x = cut selection
ctrl + v = paste copied/cut
ctrl + z = undo
ctrl + y = redo
ctrl + o = open
ctrl + s = save file/selection
ctrl + shift + s = save file/selection as

And then of course there is Ctrl - Alt - Del, wait for popup, Ctrl - Alt - Del again.

On windows 7, there's no pop-up :P

what does it do the second time 'round?

Soft reboot on previous versions.

Win 7
Ctrl Alt Del on the first time I get a choice of:
lock this computer
Switch user
Log off
Change password
Start task Manager

The second time I ge.......................
