Is there a way to set up table on the web page so that I have the same size quadrants to work on with each new page? Hope this makes sense.
If this were say, Word, i would insert a 4x4 table and adjust the sizes by adjusting the lines in the table.
Is the alternative to set up objects and carry them over from page to page?
Tables? #2
Assuming you are still talking about VSD, there are no tables but a grid that you can choose in Settings. 3 different sizes of squares. The grid is only an overlay on your site while you are working, it won't show on the site after uploading.
If you want to carry objects over from page to page, when clicking Add Page, check the option 'Duplicate Page'.

Hi Ernest
I go with Inger on this - but you can also just hold your mouse down and select certain areas or elements on the page to copy and paste them into a new page if you don't want to duplicate absolutely everything.
Just remember to duplicate the basic page BEFORE you add content if you only want the main layout carried through from one page to another. Give each page its appropriate name and then go into each of them to add the specific content.
This obviously means a little bit of planning ahead to know more or less just what pages you are going to be needing.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
