Win 7 (64) VSD 7 (24)

I want to add a thin border colour to a page. Putting a coloured border down from "shapes" and then laying over the top with a white border achieves this. Is this the correct way ?

I want the thin border to be 2200 + px vertical but can only stretch to 2000px !

Thanks Rolly.
In my html box then, it would be 1200x 2600. Do I stretch out the box to those same dimensions to cover the work area and then text and images on top of where it says "click preview to see this image" or can I tuck it away in the corner and add text/images etc on the plain white work area?

Stretch it to fit your page then change the codes width and height to be equal to your page minus the border thickness x 2. Now just select object/arrange/send to back.:)
