Hi Melissa,

can you give a bit more info as to what you were doing just before it stopped working.

Is the problem repeatable?

Try switching off any firewalls or virus protection and see if that makes a difference. If no luck I think its best to put in a Support Ticket. (Get Support on purple toolbar above)

Melissa,

I've seen instances of this mentioned in the Forums a few times before, but when I do a search for it now, I don't see any explanations or solutions to the problem. If you do a forum search for "child killed" (for example) you'll see what I mean.
I can only suggest that you submit a support ticket.

In the past when I've had this happen I have fixed it by uninstalling VSD, clean the registry with CCcleaner, reboot the computer, run the cleaner again and then download a fresh version of VSD and install.

It's important to do all those things.

If that doesn't work raise a Support Ticket.

CCleaner works on Windows 7?

I'll try it, thanks.

I finally did that, and have been working with support, following their instructions to the letter, for 3 days now, with no success. I see other people have had the same problem with Win 7 64 bit. I'm really weary of this and have tried everything.
