So I understand what this 'area' is, (Edit Menu> Remove Files), once I have published my site, and if I don't what certain files to be re-publish, such as the jukebox which may include 50+ songs, I remove them from this 'area' and they will not be re-publish? If I make changes in the future to that feature I removed, I just have to re-add it?

You can use the remove flash tool to remove the jukebox from your site. One click and your done versus going through a whole list.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
