This may be a basic question, and I didn't find anything via search. I am our site's webmaster, and would like to have a backup, who is at another location, on another network, etc. Is there an easy way to share VSD between multiple users? We could send the VSD files back & forth, but I'd be concerned about one of us forgetting to send the files, and then losing a change. Is there a better way to do this?

Both you and the other user would need to have VSD installed and all of the project files on both computers. There's no way to make sure you are both working on the current update other than to closely monitor what you are doing before you publish a change to the site. If you update something, the other user needs to get the lastest .vnu including any additional files you have added.

One thing I can suggest is using Dropbox (http://www.dropbox.com). You can keep a local copy on your computers and have this central location for the latest changes. That keeps you from having to email stuff back and forth. If it's in Dropbox, you both can work of the files in that location.
