I have several pdf files that are linked to the website (cailabpacks.com) that do not update when the website is resynced. The previous pdf files still show up even though the file names have been changed. Never had this problem till upgrading to VSD 7.

Looking at your website Will, you have not published with 7.0, you are still on 6.0.6

What you need to do is the following:

1. Uninstall all versions of Visual Site Designer.

2. Download the latest version from our Website.

3. Go to the Publish Menu and select FTP Account Settings and select your FTP Account.

4. Verify that all information is correct and the Remote Folder path is not empty. Typically you would enter in a / or /public_html here but you need to confirm with your hosting provider what the correct path is. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THIS PATH IS CORRECT.

5. Go to the Publish Menu and select Choose a Publishing Destination and select your FTP Account and then click Save.

6. Finally, go to the Publish Menu and select Re-Sync Website.
