I'm using Visual Site Designer.
I got the templates and just uploaded it to a site I use for testing.

The templates just doubles itself with a black line right down the middle of the screen.

Any thoughts on how to make them useful for internet viewing.

No one will pay for that kind of thing.

Yes I uploaded all the templates if Visual Site Designer does that when you hit upload.

What I did was use CC Photo Gallery to show the templates and when they clicked on the one they wanted it could be downloaded. saves space. And you don't have the problem of each index file over writing the other, unless you put each in it's own folder.
