Is there a way to have the effect that I have on my "Home" page www.klingcabinets.com without "flash"? (not interested in monthly payments for S-Drive) I like the way it fades from my computer rendering into the finished kitchen. Eric Rohloff gave me instructions for placing a stationary image beneath my flash for iPad users (THANK YOU AGAIN, ERIC!) But I would really like all of my visitors to see the same thing if possible.
I also need a slide show for my Gallery; One that was suggested was http://wowslider.com/ ; I do not know anything about these other programs, so I was wondering if there are others that I can compare also?

Google JQuery slideshow or take a look at the examples on my site in my signature.

Both of the features you need can be done using something like Wow Slider http://wowslider.com also. You would just play with the transition (fading) settings until you get it how it's similar fade in and out as what you have. Wouldn't be hard to do at all.
I downloaded Wow have my slide show ready (I think) but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it into VSD. Please help!
DK, wowslider works really well in VSD.
What you do is create an HTML box and size it to the size of your slider. Then add the HTML code to the 'head' and the 'body' of the box. Once both codes are entered, go to the VSD top menu Edit/Add Files and add the directories and files for your slider.
When you saved your slider it created an HTML page and several directories with files. If you look at the HTML file you will see the head and body sections you need to copy to your HTML box in VSD. Then add the files and directories.
If all goes well, you will be able to preview your web site with the slider before uploading to the net. Let me know if you still need more help. Good luck!

My VSD page is ready for me to paste the code but where do I find the HTML page and directories from WOW?
After you created your slider, I'm assuming you 'Saved' it. You must also 'Publish' it. When you select Publish, you select 'Publish to folder' and select a folder on your computer to publish to. This is where your wow files including the html file will be stored.
Looking at the index.html file will show you the code you need to insert into your html box in VSD. Then the folders data1 and engine1 (numbers may be different depending on your slider) and the files they contain must be added to your VSD site using the Edit/Add Files option.
Once this is done you should be able to preview your web site and the slider will show. If it all works ok, you are ready to publish your site to the internet and all the files for the slider will be uploaded.

I am making major changes to my site. I saved the new one with a different name in VSD. I cannot get it to let me add my files from my wow slide show. It will not save the file name it keeps reverting to the original slide show file name then it tells me that it is an invalid file name. I am stuck!!!
i have my files added but my preview just shows the caption and an X no slide show.
Check that your image links are correct and that your images are .JPG or .jpg and that the links in the slideshow are the same.
