I have is I have a page which shows a free movie online . It works fine but is there a faster way to upload movie files to the site ? They are flv movie files . If I re-Sync or add them it takes
about 40 minutes per movie . I am using VSD . It publishes pretty fast

That movie section is pretty impressive. If only I had that kind of creativity. Do you do the Re-sync often? I haven't really had the need to yet. If you're adding new files, I'd imagine there's no way around avoiding that one, and that'll most likely take about as long with any app. However, if uploading changes causes a re-upload of the videos, you may have to consider removing the flvs from the VSD project so it won't attempt to upload those, and do those manually instead.
