Works fine on my Vista computer, doesn't even require me to use the "run as Admin". You might want to open a trouble ticket to get it troubleshot.

I just downloaded the new version 2 days ago. I purchased it because I was having problems with the trial and thought perhaps the purchased version would eliminate the problem. I tried all of the solutions mentioned, and it still does not allow me access. Vista is a pain...that's for sure, but I'd really like to use my VSD. I love the program. Could you offer any more solutions?

Other then format and install XP? 
I personally have never had any issues running VSD in Vista, but then again I have been told by many that my computer is protected by some angel or something
