I just downloaded the upgrade to 7. Where is the 'show pages' dropdown?
Thanks.

I had the same problems with the text and with the error message. It was very frustrating at first. The error message was for a file (Web Form file). I resaved it and placed the form back on the page - same error message for the original file. I then deleted the old file and now the error messages have gone away. As far as the text is concerned - it was shifted in Explorer, but not Chrome. I made adjustments and then resaved and now it seems fine in both. I do not like the fact that when I paste items, it does not place it in the exact spot. In particular if I create a new menu button or something I want to paste in an exact same spot on all pages - I now have to move everything 10 & 10 instead of having it exactly where I want it.
Unfortunately when I try to open v7 this morning, it is not responding at all. Getting ready to reboot.

Mine stopped responding today as well, but a right click and 'run as administrator' fixed it. Strange that it was opening OK earlier, but as least it works now.

edit : now that I think about it, it stopped opening for me AFTER I'd rebooted for the first time since upgrade, might be a coincidence.

That issue with the copy and pate offset x 10 pixls right and down, was put in intentionally by CC because they had complaints about the original way it worked

In beta test i suggested if possible for it to be changed so it was in same place when pasting from one page to another#

Another sugestion has been put forward for an option to switch the offset to either on or off

So hopefully in a future upgrade one or other will be instigated

Well, I have 6 web pages and had converted them all to CC v6. I liked how it worked. When I got the v7 email and saw what improvements were made, I was pretty excited. After spending many hours last night and this morning working on my sites I must say that this release was way premature and my websites suck right now. I need a break. The biggest issue is the new version giving you the error messages about finding certain files, the shifting of text in both Explorer and Chrome and just the mess the websites now look like unless you hit the refresh buttons several times - and sometimes that just doesn't work. Knowing me, I will try to work around all of these and use v7, but me and my websites are a mess right now.

I'm in no hurry to go back to version 7 at this point. I do like the fresh look and some of the new features but I'll just wait for the bugs to get ironed out before upgrading. My site is functioning perfectly well under version 6. www.hincocleaning.com

I'm in 2 minds about it. I do like the new features, and I now have 1 site working perfectly (as far as I know) but it did take a lot of work and I'm not sure I can face it again for my other sites right now...but I need to make some updates.

The biggest thing for me is all the work changing links back to correct ones, and hoping I've got them all, but the CC team can't reproduce the fault I had, even with my original source files, so maybe it was a one off and my other sites will be fine.

I think I'll take a break for a day or two and ponder. :|

I haven't used V7 with my site yet, but I did download it this evening.

If I experience a problem, how would I revert back to V6?

The Version 6 project files are now in a zip file. You just need to extract that and open it in v6. If you don't have the installer, open a support ticket to request a copy.
