What I am saying Sarah is what you have in the WWW folder where you put
(www.cooldoggrooming.com) there should only be something like a forward slash ( / ) or public_html, which will load your files to the root directory when you upload in VSD, does that make more sense I hope I explained it correctly.

Just wanted to say thanks. It turns out that what I needed to do was leave the www folder empty. Thanks for your help, I would have lost it for sure!
