David, Your PDF's aren't on your server. I see a Novemberblog.pdf.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Your right, only the one pdf is there, and not the rest. I can log in through a Cpanel and look at my home directory on the server, and a subfolder where the pdfs should be. It only shows the one pdf even though they are all in the same folder on my pc when I attached them and uploaded through VSD.

So, I am to use a separate ftp from VSD and manually add the rest of the pdfs to that subfolder on the server?

Did you try adding them by linking the text in VSD?

I got it! I downloaded CoffeCup's Free FTP up in the Free Stuff, set up the server profile, then manually dragged and dropped the rest of the pdfs in the sub folder on the server. They are all there now, and connect just fine.

So, just out of curiosity, why wouldn't they all upload automatically when published, and just only one of them?

I don't no why. A support ticket would be the proper way to find that out. If you were linking text to PDF files on your pc VSD should have uploaded the PDF files to the server. The only thing I can think of is that if you had the PDF files already saved in the VSD my_website/files folder then linked your text to those VSD might not behave. Never link to files inside my_website folder. Keep a folder outside of VSD for all your files you need for your site and link to them there.:)
