Got all of the headers and link bars in alignment. Before that I put up the sitemap.
Had multiple problems with the site map The alignment went smoothly.
I could not upload from sitemap app So I uploaded the sitemap info from the direct ftp
have not sent to search engines. Had to do allot of clugy manipulating to get the site map to work like editing the html in the ftp I removed my site map pg and replaced it with the site map files from the site map app.
One of the pgs should be a sub pg not a main pg the garage floor epoxy should be a sub heading of Residential interior the garage floor epoxy one shows up as a main rather than a sub link Need some info on how to get it to be a sub link instead?

I have deleted what I previously wrote here because it was wrong. I've found that the Sitemapper lists all the pages on one level, regardless if they are linked to the main navigation or some sub navigation. If you want a page to appear in a sub level, you actually have to put it in a folder and link it from there.

In your case, if you want to, you could create a sub folder called 'workexamples' or something, and then put all the examples of your painting/reparing in it.
Ha en riktig god dag!

So I make the folder called "ResIntjobs" because I will be linking to it from the residential interior pg but I am not linking to the folder but to the pg9 file which I will put into the new folder created Which will then render on the site map as a sub link off of the residential interior link?

I am thinking that one of the reasons you make the site map is for ease of navigating the site so it should be in proper flow chart representation of the actual site navigation, which would be main links and sub links and perhaps sub sub links and we are having all of this here link discussion under the heading of page alignment Well I tried to get it under another heading

Why not alter the code from the site mapper?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

I plan on putting up about 5 thru 10 interior jobs examples each would be a pg and they are all sub divisions of the Residential interior link pg The site map puts them in the same as a main heading link sub links listed as main links are confusing sub links should sub off of the main link that they are associated with
So I need to make it so that the mapper sees it as a sub link I have been trying to put the pg nine into a folder but I have not yet been able to get the pg to open when working from the VSD folders and browser
Is easy to link directly as it was working but I do not know how to enter the link path when creating the sub link probably use the url one to enter I just do not know exactly what path code to use http: something probably

Then the 5 thru 10 Residential Exterior examples would be 5 to ten more pgs that would be sub links off of the next major link topic of residential exterior

then there would be 5 thru ten more pgs that would be sub links off of the commercial heading pg
Anyway after about 30 links get up on the site map it will need to have main and sub links defined to be an accurate representation of the navigation

OK, Isn't the html site mapper for people to use to navigate web sites? the other ones that are uploaded to the server are for the bots to crawl. So, I can just have the site mappers loaded that the bots look at and just not have the html one? If I have proper working links and well designed pgs and everything is working good I believe that I can probably get along fine without the html site mapper but have the invisible ones up on the site for the bots and then everyone should be happy...
