With VSD how do I go about linking my text to a video file for the option that someone can download open or save the file to play the video on there own computer. The files are mp4 or whatever about 500mb to 1gig I assume they would play better after they download onto there own computer instead of through the player on the internet . SEE ATTACHED

Quick and dirty would be to create a standard hyperlink and add a note/comment to right click and select 'save target as'.
This can be done by using the insert html tool.

Or provide a .ZIP/.RAR file and create a hyperlink to the file.
Or why not use a FTP server/service...
