i figured out how to center files on the page,but i dont know how to add sound to a page,and is there a way to change the buttons on the top of the visual suite from advanced to basic im lost.trying to find a panel with tool buttons to add sounds or change colors.ive looked in the tools bar at the top.i didnt see anything,and how do i add password or forms to a site is that html or drag and drop.programs hard to use trying to learn

There are some videos available in the tutorial section for Visual Site Designer. Check them out if you haven't already. They should help with some of your questions.
There is also a help file that shoulld explain what most of the buttons are, and how to accomplish some of those tasks. You will find a "help" tab/link at the right side of the top toolbar.
