Monitor resolution causes tool boxes...

I've adjusted my LCD monitor to it's ideal resolution, 1680x1050, mostly because it is the only resolution that allows me to view images in photoshop in their proper dimension. Then I had to change the font size. After I did this I've found that I've lost some of the information in the tool boxes in CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer. Namely the text box, I've lost the ability to adjust the justification of the paragraphs. Most of the right side of the box is missing. I've tried to adjust the fonts size down, but unless I put it at the original size 96 dpi, I think it is, I still loose this information. And 96 is so small that it is almost impossible to read.
Is there any way to adjust the boxes to contain all the information? As it is now I adjust the resolution or font size anytime I want to work in CoffeeCup, which is getting kind of old.
Thanks, Linda

Unfortuantely at this time, some of our software only works with a 96DPI resolution.

I thought that was going to be the answer. Thanks for the reply. Linda
