Links not working in Chrome or FF

Dear fellow designer,

On a page of my site I use the HTML Tool of VSD. Things are working properly in Internet Explorer.
Going to an ancor or referring to an other page, working good in IE doed not work in the Google Chrome browser and in Mozilla Firefox neither.

Who has experience with that?

Publish the site.:) It may only be a local issue so It may be fine live.;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
