To clarify...you are meaning to do the work in VSD...bring into the HTML editor and publish/ftp it from there...NOT VSD. Yes??

That's correct. Do your design work in VSD then click on preview. Now right click on the browser screen that's previewing your page and click on "View Page Source" or "View Source". Now hit ctrl + a to select all the code on the page. Next open the html editor and open a new webpage. Use quick start if you want. Now hit ctrl + a again on this new webpage, then right click on the page and select paste. All of your code from the VSD page will now be at your finger tips.
