I have just bought a new Computer, and installed VSD from your website. I have VSD on my old computer, and used it to to generate several websites.. how can i transfer all of my "Publish To" is there a file somewhere that contains all of my hosting account settings that I can copy over?

All you want is the ftp settings? What about all the content?
I would do a "save as" and save each website to a flash drive.
