Hi Everyone,
I'm curious as to why you can't (or maybe you can and I just haven't figured out how) space text more than one space over in a text box? In other words, you insert a text box and get ready to type. Instead of typing the first letter of your text you want to tap the space bar and move over 4 or 5 spaces before you start typing. That doesn't seem to work. Neither does hitting the tab button. You can only move one blank space and then you can't move any further without actually typing a letter. Is there a way around this?

I suspect you may need to change the CSS code. Changes to the CSS code can be made in the header section.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

One of the only ways around this with VSD is to use the html tool to enter your text.
That would allow you to precede your text with multiple non-breaking spaces, like this...

It can't be done now (in the text tool), but as far as I know this will be resolved in the upcoming 6.1 version.

I'm on version 7.0, so what happend to this being fixed?

If you use a solid color background you can use any text or as I do a dash the same color as the back ground to get the indent thats needed.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
