How do I find my Hostway server name

How do I find my Hostway server name for my website www.kkcooks.com so I can publish from CC Shopping Cart Creator pro or the CC Free FTP ( will be getting Direct FTP soon). I have tried it several different ways and am not sure what I am doing wrong. I know how to upload through Hostway's FTP option but am trying to bypass that step if possible

You would need to contact your hosting server to find that information as we wouldn't have a way to get that for you. Most likely it's your domain name of
kkcooks.com
but if that doesn't work, definitely contact your host and see what they have to say on it.

Will do, Thanks. Plus in the process of transferring another domain name too. I know just enough to throw wrenches in the works LOL
