Couldn't find it with search but is there a way in VSD to highlight the button for the active page? What I mean is, if you have say 3 nav buttons to have the button for the current page highlight like it does on some pages?

Thanks guys.

Simply put... You would create the "highlite" button in your graphics program (like GIMP) then insert that on your page in place of the "normal" button.

There may be other ways of doing this, but to me, this is the easy button (pun intended ;) ).

Audicave, Use the buttonize feature in VSD and any other design tool on each page in VSD to change the button that applies to that page so the user knows their on that page. So if you go to the home page you would use some of the tools to change the home button on that page.:)

Thanks. It actually occurred to me after asking that I could just reverse the rollover state with the normal state for the current pages, although for the page I was working on it actually didn't look that good so I put it back.

I'm a bit slow as relates to this stuff so... thanks.

Hi Audio - If you don't have a lot of pages, you can do an effect for your link/button page by page. Just change the color or add a graphic for the active page, something like this:

home | about us | services | location
for text links (change color, weight, etc.)

Or use a graphics program to make your buttons - a regular version and a different version to go on the active page.

If you have a large site, or don't want to mess with doing your menu page by page, there's a CSS menu maker included in the HTML Editor or you Google for menu makers, nav bars...
