Hi.
1) In my search in the forums for a way to use or create tables in VSD, there was a question posted with no answer. So... I'm assuming (but would love to be proven wrong) that there is not really a way to create tables.
2) Given that, I need some suggestions for the most efficient way to post a long list of data and be able to place images in the appropriate spots. I know I could use dozens of text boxes but that will really take an incredible amount of time. Is there any other way to do it?
I have a page laid out currently with no images at : http://watershipdowns.com/AwardsStudent.html.
I would like to update this page with even more data (breeds, owners' names, awards, etc) but also include a picture with each listing. For the existing page, I used an HTML object to insert source code for a table that I created separately. Is there a way to do this that will display images in the table as well?
Thanks for any tips!!

You can try dropping images over the top of the html table box and test the outcome in several browsers to see that things don't shift. This method is
'd on but it never hurts to try.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I think the new S-Drive/Stream might be perfect for this.

It's very easy to use and can be customized to fit the look of your web page. It's still in beta testing, don't know how soon it will be ready for release.

Thanks, Eric. I have actually done that on another page. I found that placement was very difficult and for the number of pics I'd like to use, I need to tease out a different way. But thanks SO MUCH for the suggestion and your time!
I like the table feature in Kompozer. You could try creating your table using Kompozer and then copying and pasting the html code using the VSD HTML tool which would insert the table on your VSD webpage.
Hope this helps,

Is the problem inserting images or inserting a "large number" of images which would be time consuming?
You could use the CC Flash Blogger to make content, then use the CC RSS News flash to display it. It all depends on the look your after and if flash content will be ok for your site.

With the S-Drive Stream, you would have the ease of a blog or content management system, and no worries about whether Flash is supported or not on your viewers phones, devices, etc.
Check out 'James T. Kirk's' site with all the main content in a Stream:

Stream widths are adjustable and they scroll vertically to accommodate your content, and as you can see in the above site, you can put anything you want in your Stream.
