This may well be the strangest request yet.
Back in 2003 I designed a site with vsd then the host was sold to another company and I could not get access to my site. After trying for some time with the tech support for this new host i gave up. the site is up and running but about a month ago I got an answer on how to get to my site...Great.
Since his site was made by an older version, if I add a page with vsd and ftp it to the site. will the current vsd build 18 scan the site and add several new pages., I have my doubts it will because the age of the old site.I see some VTI files in the htdoc folder, is this what VSD works with
So before trying anything I thought I would ask what is the best way to work this out.
Hope someone might have an answer. Wyndham

I am sorry Wyndham, but it will not work that way. You need to have the original VNU file and all source files on your local computer so that you can open that in Visual Site Designer and publish again.

What you could do instead is download all those files and make the changes with our HTML Editor 2010SE. This just means you cannot use Visual Site Designer any longer.

Yea I thought that would be the way it would happen but had to ask. I'll just save the pictures and rewrite the pages, not that big a deal. Thanks anyway Wyndham
