Anyone having trouble uploading to Go Daddy the past few days? 1 of my sites is fine but the other 4 time out? I tried testing the FTP connection within VSD and it works for that 1 but not for the others. Nothing has changed on my end within VSD

Did you try the run as admin or shut off your Anti virus?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Live chat with GoDaddy. I've used them for many years. They do occasionally do system maintenance that screws with times. You'll never know if you don't ask. I personally, have not had any issues the last few days and I have about 7 sites up with them.

Hi Eric, yes I have tried all of those suggestions just in case. I run multiple web-sites with sub domains all off the same primary account and 1 works and others don't.

Problem resolved. I used to have the FTP setting set to 'passive mode' but 3 years ago I ran into a problem and Go Daddy had me change the setting to 'active'. Well today, the had me change back to passive and it works fine. So now I have both passive and active settings for different web sites using the same hosting account with multiple domains on it.......No clue as to why this works this way and how they can be mixed settings but it does work....

Filezilla did not have any problems with the upload and it is set to the default mode.
