On this page of my website, the form I built will not display. It shows in the VSD program when I hit preview, but after I uploaded it I can't see it online. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried everything I know to do.

when you added your form did you use the flash tool?
If not then I would say not all the files are together as they should be, try going to settings >add files> and add all the form files and re-upload. Or using an ftp client such as Direct ftp or filezilla and upload all the form files to your server and see if that helps. I couldn't locate the xml, php, html, swf files for the form.

I had loaded the form through the web form builder, and I up loaded the files through direct FTP and still no luck. Bruzer, do you see the files now? Your help is greatly appreciated!

What I see now is Web Calendar, and no code of the form. Maybe this can help you some.
Watch this tutorial for adding Form Builder to VSD located here:

you may have to scroll down to look for "Adding A Form To Visual Site Designer"
You'll also want to remove any files for the form by going to settings>remove files and check mark each file then save. When you use the flash tool all the necessary files are added automatically which is a great help, then just save and upload. Please let us know how this works for you.
