I've been asked by our club president if it is possible to send out a form via email. We have about 1,000 members. It is simply two things:

_____ Yes please send me the RASCAL Newsletter electronically.

_____ No please continue mailing me my copy of the RASCAL Newsletter. I have Dial-up internet service or limited internet access.

When a person checks their answer an automatic response would be sent back to a predetermined email address. "Yes" would go to one email address and "No" to a different one. That way we would not have to sort through 1,000 responses to find our "yes" and "no" responses.

I know I could do this with a form on our website, but I am wondering if there is any feature in all of the coffeecup software that would allow us to send a form out via email with the auto response feature.

Thanks.
