I am new to web designing and one of my clients would like to add images, change text, etc to the site after I design it. Is there a way for this to happen once I design the site in visual site editor?

To make life easy, they would need a purchased copy of VSD and the .vnu file that you have. But you would need the updated .vnu file from them afterward to stay current.

There are a few solutions to this: use a C(ontent)M(anagement)S(ystem) or a blog. What a CMS is, search for it on Google please....I guess you know what is a blog :-) Hundreds of CMS software exist, also very easy online solutions. And hundreds of online blog solutions. Then include such a solution with an iframe inside VSD, so YOU design the layout of the main pages, and your customer has the option to add his own information. You can search this forum for many references about how to 'iframe' another website inside VSD,
