Well I can't help with the issue but I can say that client really needs to get off them drugs they are on lol. Truly that is the dumbest setup for an image map I've ever seen. The only parts that make any sense are the Title of the book leading to Amazon, the Authors name going to the about page, and the pin setup you're trying to do going to a cursor pin etc.

The ads all over the rest of it have absolutely no sense whatsoever and are pretty dang sneaky and as a customer that would piss me off before it would push me to order if every time I even accidentally click somewhere I end up with some advertisement or another.

The site owner has agreed to use the voodoo pin as the default cursor for that page and use the default pointer-cursor for all links and the image map. She is thrilled over the picture used as the pin (thanks Rolly)
