Hi All,

I have been running VSD 6.0 build 6 for a long time and tried to download the VSD update to 7.0 today. I can't get VSD 7.0 to download without erroring out. After many tries, Scott suggested I uninstall 6.0 before downloading 7.0, which I did and 7.0 is still erroring out during the download. Has anyone else encountered the same problem??? If yes, how did you fix it??? I am running Windows Vista in a PC environment.

The error message is "program prematurely ended due to an error" which shows up AFTER the 24 MB of VSD 7.0 files appear to download to the temporary folder and then VSD installation wizard pops up on my screen and says it is making room for the program and the wizard will walk me through the installation process etc., etc and when I hit NEXT at the bottom of the screen to "install" that is when the error (program prematurely ended due to an error) pops up and I can't find the program anywhere on my computer.

I have uninstalled, cleaned out the recycle bin, cleaned out all the cookies, temp files, ran a cleaner program that Scott told me to download and run, restarted my computer several times and tried to download several more times and I keep getting the same error in the same way each time. HELP!
