Thanks Bruzer You know they say "even a blind squirrel gets a nut every now and then"

I followed the advice to delete the picture on the site and in the files directory. I then brought it in from a different directory. It got to the point where it said t he picture was not found in the directory it's supposed to be in and allowed me to browse to find the picture in the new directory. That solved the problem. Thanks CoffeeCuppers!
