(Good Night Eric )

Barbara, what kind of files do you need to add? Is it something to do with that Site-Meter?

No, I got that one remedied. It's the jukebox & prayer request form I can't get it to remember. I've NEVER had so much trouble with publishing a site with CC. Everything "previews" fine but just seems to get lost in cyberspace somewhere.

Very happy to hear Bruzer was here. Tell him hello & to email me for me if he shows up again!

Barbara,
Can you share a link to the page with the Jukebox and the form on?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

The jukebox is on all pages but here's the home page:

http://www.gsumchurch.com/index.html

The form is:

http://www.gsumchurch.com/connect.html

I've just re-synced again hoping... but no go.

It also won't remember the favicon.

Barbara, when you created your form, did you save it somewhere within your website files with a unique name?
For example: I keep all my site files, photos, graphics... in one folder "my website'. My VSD files go there as well as any add-ins (like a form). So I would save 'contactme.xml' and all the other form files there.

Back in VSD, click on the Flash button (for the flash form) and click/drag a box out on your page. A box will open allowing you to browse to your files. Find your form (XML Document) and click. Adjust size if needed. The Jukebox process should be similar.

You shouldn't need to add anything through the Edit > Add Files.
For your Favicon, are you inserting it at Edit > Edit Header? – with the actual file saved within your site files? I usually just add this in the Index page, but once in awhile I've had to place it on all pages to get it going.

I asked about Site Meter because I see one of those little broken image symbols at the bottom of the page.

Yes, I've done all that you've mentioned. I've used VSD flawlessly for several years & this is the first time I've had so much trouble. I've got everything for this site in one folder so I can keep up with all the stuff I used on the site. I'm just so confused. Maybe Bruzer will check in & get in contact with me. He's saved me before on this stuff when I don't understand. I tried to upload everything via CC Direct FTP as well as Filezilla.
Thank you & I'm open to anything else you can suggest.

Your files are on the server.

Your code on your page is wrong.
Are you using the built in ftp in the applications to ftp these files or the add flash tool in VSD?

There here also.

Also, try VSD's own FTP, as it will look for all files associated with your pages.

I used the add flash tool. The Jukebox code is incorrect? I did a copy & paste but maybe I should try again?

VSD's own FTP?

if this works like the CC photogallery, where you use the flash tool to add it to the site, I had a similar issue with CC photogallery numerous times

I cured it by re naming the photogallery was originalname now originalname2 and deleting the old one from server, and then adding new one with flash tool again

I guessed the originalname version had an error that i just could not see !
