Hi,

Would love to sort some proper standard bullets using VSD and Verdana. Not sure how or even if I can choose them from the Text Tool though.

Have tried copying and pasting some in from 'outside' (eg using Word and Verdana) but get a ? in place of the bullets...

Anyone point me in the right direction? Thank a mill.

Try holding the Alt key down while pressing 0149 on the number keypad - Alt + 0149 (number keypad). I have not tried publishing this but it does appear to work as expected in VSD.

Hi TC - Great stuff!

Seems to work fine in IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox on my PC. I've got my fingers crossed for Mac browsers - can easily check this out.

Thanks again. :-)

Hi Timsy,

I would refrain from pasting directly from MS Word since the formatting coding does not transfer to other programs very well. The suggestion to use the Alt code is a great way to get around doing the bullets yourself using the shape tool.

We are hoping to have an option for bullets in a future release. :)

On a related note . . .

If that works then you can probably use a number of Vernada (or other web safe font) symbols by going to Accessories / System Tools / Character Map. Where "Keystroke" exists it will show in the bottom right corner as, for example, Keystroke: Alt+0149 => •.

Here are a couple of others that may be of use:
Alt + 0169 => ©
Alt + 0174 => ®
