S-drive is integrated with VSD. You can assign people to post messages but the public can't respond.

The S-DRIVE service (free with VSD) gives you blogging possibilities. Look for answers there (I mean look in the s-drive forum how to do this).

Actually, you can set up your S-Drive to allow public comments... Just set up a Disqus account and tie it in with your S-Drive Blog. Works like a charm
