VSD uses it's own templates and you can't import templates from other apps.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

What you can do is create an Artisteer template, export it and now build that template in VSD (yeah daunting a bit as it's much faster using HTML Editor if you have the knowledge to do so) and use all the parts and pieces and scripts that the Artisteer template is using. It could happen!
