Oh my! I'm back for like the 10th time today!

I'm trying (again) to put a web form on my site using Web Form Builder. I just finished watching the "Adding a Form to Visual Site Designer" tutorial. I followed the instructions (except for maybe saving the form in the vnu folder thingie). I opened VSD, clicked the lightening bolt & found my xml file and got this:

What am I doing wrong

Try this. Go into Form Builder then Configure Form Settings > Advanced and un-check the Fix for displaying active content. Save your form. Now go back into VSD and try to use the Flash add Tool.
