If I make a page that is 900 wide and it has 3 columns with text in the center one, then if it is viewed at 700 wide then the right side is cut off. Is there a way to make the text width adjustable so that the sides aren't cut off?

I know I'm used to Dreamweaver and its abilities, but this is my 2nd site with CC and it's sooooo much easier.

Nope, its width is fixed to whatever you set.

Doesn't that work if you set the attibutes to percentages instead of pixels for width/height? Depending of course what type of theme you're using and if it's scalable or not maybe?

Because this is VSD, its use of absolute positioning doesn't allow for flexible pages that use percentages and such.
